  4. To all Pinoys and Pinays considering the US I strongly recommend rural areas like that one but make SURE you avoid US urban areas! The rural US, especially in the Midwest and West contain many of our best communties. I also recommend studying nursing etc instead because teachers lack the wide career paths medical personnel have.

  5. Finish professionalizing the armed forces in order to have the larger standing army needed for national survival. Existing forces were obviously inadequate and the cost of failure to defend the border high.
