  1. Send the parents to Ukraine and they may lose their appetite for squandering their offspring, but I doubt it. Militarism is easily used to manipulate the simple all over the world. The idea Stalinism "liberated" anyone not Stalinist is highly questionable, demonstrated by revolts and resistance in former Warsaw Pact nations after their conquest. The first victims of Bolshevism were Russians but they are long forgotten, such that modern iconography simultaneously celebrates the Romanovs and the Soviets who butchered them.
