  1. They will never be safe living in an enemy culture. Christians in safer nations should work to take them in as refugees which is completely legitimate because the threat to their lives is thousands of years old and will not change for the better so there is no use pretending otherwise. Likewise their enemies should be banned from Christian nations because charity does not include importing people whose belief mandates destroying every other culture.
