  1. There are two kinds of humans. Armed and slaves. Ever notice the lack of weapons among refugees and the oppressed? Then consider light infantry with no air force wore out Russia and the US in A-stan. Humans are a nasty savage race where the armed eat the disarmed, so never disarm (or delegate your arms solely to government) . Peace is inherently TEMPORARY. Post-WWII global stability cannot be maintained by NATO hegemony forever.
