  1. This is what superstition gets you. Innocent trusting (but simple and unsophisticated, making them perfect prey) Americans GAVE their offspring into the spiritual custody of someone else. They crave priests because they are conditioned to weakness and not thinking for themselves. Child predators are naturally drawn and quite possibly created by that system. Giving someone else your child to guide is abdication of parenthood. People in the modern world are leaving the Church while it expands in areas so barbaric that it really is a social improvement.
