@truthhurts2879 It actually trickles UP since businesses have zero incentive to care about the public and lobby government to ensure their profits. The average person is tech-illiterate thus unable to care about voting for useful policy. They prefer to be entertained and drool on their shoes. A modest majority of Americans read therefore think at an 8th grade level, far too feeble to meaningfully participate in a democratic republic. Everything in a democratic republic is really the fault of that public. The average moron will never care to learn why they should take interest in safety regulations and that has never been different.
