  1. Why is there money in the register overnight? As a kindness someone local should brief these naive store owners about basic security. Drop safes are affordable when you don't want to carry cash. It would also be a kindness to remind potential store owners to avoid bad neighborhoods, bad cities and blue state urban areas. Most of the US is safe so there is plenty of choice, often much more affordable. Do unethical realtors steer immigrants to dangerous hoods because it's a mystery (there are other cheap locations) why so many end up in doomed high crime areas with useless policing and revolving door courts.
