  1. This American remembers and would prefer our democracies become closer. Pakistan ensured military aid would flow to the Taliban. Islamabad helped terrorists kill both Indians and Americans! Pakistan like Russia is no one's friend. OTOH India does not fund Jihadist terror but is a victim of Pan-Islamist violence. India produces many high quality auto parts, motorcycles and more making it an excellent trading partner. Friendship and mutual interest in containing Chinese expansionism are strong arguments for closer ties to the benefit of both peoples. India should reolace the Chinese Communist Party (Chinese government and industry are one) to benefit world democracy.

  2. True, but that does little for the public. The US is a hyperpower but cannot afford to fix infrastructure or provide public medical care. Superpower status really just benefits the wealthy exploiter class who invest in convincing the public to pay for military adventurism. Be careful what you wish for.

  3. Build more and expand the Indian military shipping industry. The Indian Navy will have trade to protect as shipping conditions become increasingly risky. India must become a maritime power to defend itself. Don't neglect support vessels, floating drydocks and the vast support carrier battle groups require including missile cruisers. Carriers are increasingly vulnerable requiring defensive pickets, ASW ships and aircraft, and of course submarines.

  7. Nonsense re: breaking ties. The US wants people to believe that the American people would commit nuclear suicide for an ally. No sane government would do that and the ONLY security against Communist China (the nation is a CCP enterprise) and especially North Korea is a credible counterforce nuclear capability. The US cannot afford to shut down vital allies merely for having nukes since the UK and France have had them for decades. SK should arm itself. So should Japan. China was always an enemy and will remain so forever.

  9. Australia is not disarmed by accident. Populations which cannot defend themselves are helpless. Of course this would not have happened with selective immigration that did not import cultural enemies of religious freedom. The left are responsible for that.

  11. The Russian navy has fewer vessels than a NATO CBG, and no functioning carriers. Who is this supposed to impress beyond barely literate peasants who don't know what they're seeing?
