  1. Build more and expand the Indian military shipping industry. The Indian Navy will have trade to protect as shipping conditions become increasingly risky. India must become a maritime power to defend itself. Don't neglect support vessels, floating drydocks and the vast support carrier battle groups require including missile cruisers. Carriers are increasingly vulnerable requiring defensive pickets, ASW ships and aircraft, and of course submarines.
