  1. The silly part is ITEMIZING the fee. Raise prices across the board and there is no problem. Separate charges need not exist and it's foolish to itemize them as surcharges when you can just increase menu prices. If three percent hurts you have no reason to eat out in the first place. Grow up and save money instead.

  3. I already have one, my military ID card. I'll update my drivers license at leisure. I don't need a passport as I've seen enough of the world that I am not a bit impressed.

  4. Those communities are fine with crime because the relentlessly elect criminals. It's OK to own it since if the public approve why not legalize bribery? Their town their rules. Not a problem for anyone else who doesn't live there.
