  1. A "naturalized citizen" is a mere passport holder not a product of the US, but of course noises are made when the word "American" comes up. Let the locals dispose of the problem. The US has no reason for concern over someone whose loyalties are to another nation. You either put the US first or you're a traitor no one should care to rescue.
