Israel should cut off water to Gaza. Israel got lazy and that fence (it's not a wall except in short sections) should have been picketed with artillery. Every Israeli should be armed 24/7 but they stupidly failed to have a gun culture. There is no excuse for a nation under permanent seige to not totally militarize every aspect of its society. The alternative is losing.
