  2. These senior management droids have no reason not to consume companies because companies exist for SHORT TERM PROFITS. They're no better than health care CEOs... BTW none of this excuses delicate trash designs because every design is an informed choice. When Ford closed Mahwah the writing was on that long-ago wall so I avoided the auto industry which cannot be considered secure employment. Consolidation has been the rule since before WWII.
