  1. The average human isn't intelligent. That can never be different. The average voter votes on a single issue so if you give them that they'll sell their souls (assuming they had souls to sell).

  2. Koch buys influence by donating to popular right wing causes (some of which I agree with). This buys them immunity because Americans are single-issue voters and our system only has two political parties that will ever matter. Voters vote but they do NOT hold their OWN side accountable, they are not smart enough to figure out not everyone who agrees with you is your friend.
