  1. Cities are bad so I don't live in one. Growth ONLY makes life harder on existing non-rich residents so if you see rich people moving to a location you're wise not to follow them even if you are also rich because that will only cost you money. The US is enormous but people insist on mobbing coastal cities because they're not very bright outside their specialty.
