@pinecedar180 I served with and supervised a very wide variety of young people in the United States Air Force. It should be remembered young humans of any race are savages at birth and CIVILIZATION IS TAUGHT. Sometimes force is necessary and when comparing backgrounds (G.I.s have countless hours to talk as we work with each other and live closely in barracks and deployed) I observed those who got DESERVED thrashings in youth became competent, capable adults with stable families (the USAF is very much a married force).
