  1. It's Argentina so like the rest of South America even less socially competent at government than the US but a rightist rotation into power was inevitable given leftist failures. The long absence of competent government means no one really knows HOW to do it so he'll have to start from scratch and assemble a competent governing team. Peronists won't take the loss lying down so things will surely get interesting.
