@duckmercy11 We do not need a FLOOD of manual laborers. We already have too many. Demand is not infinite and there is no upward career path because the US middle class is dying off which means most will remain poor. Let them fix HAITI. They broke it.

The US has a very long history of successful Ukrainian, Polish and Baltic immigration since the 1800s and there are many very old US communities where they fit in. They are fleeing NeoSoviet invasion like their predecessors fled Soviet and earlier Tsarist Russian invasion and misrule, but they are educated for the most part so they blend in well and most importantly do not try to CHANGE the US into a third world impoverished disaster. Too bad we cannot trade our lower classes for more of them. European immigration fueled US industrial growth since the 1800s. They are not a bunch of illiterate vodou worshippers.

Just refuse to do it and if you have a choice pick a better location to live in. HOA it should be noted are LEGAL CONSENSUAL CONTRACTS. There is plenty of non-HOA property but it may not be in your ideal location.

First word of wisdom, don't live in Miami. Second, stop wanting to live in cities and go enjoy the rest of American. Everyone who doesn't live there proves it's not necessary. If you do not OWN property it does NOT BELONG TO YOU. Gentrification is where money comes from to IMPROVE areas which would not be for sale if they weren't he11holes in the first place.

I don't work retail because most of the public are morons and more than a few are entitled morons. The average IQ is roughly 100 and the average US reading level roughly 8th grade. I made sure to have a technical careers away from retail because technology is an idiot filter. I take care to be a good customer. I'm flawlessly polite when dealing with anyone providing a service and I get consistently good service in return. It's not hard to be courteous and doesn't cost a dime.

The reason is most countries are dictatorships where no one not of the ruling class has any rights so the convention of immunity is (when PROPERLY used) important to facilitate diplomacy which is more important than a few casualties. The PROBLEM is when it's abused which is why family members should not go overseas in the first place. Diplomats are wealthy and do not need family members any more than a soldier on an unaccompanied tour does (and they don't get to bring theirs). Israel is not an "ally" (it has NEVER done anything for the US, the relationship is parasitic) making things worse.

Someone should be honest enough to point out that NO decent person would want any part of that industry unless they're ready to sell their soul and orifices. Anyone naive enough to imagine the whole point of that scene (like any other wealthy scene) wasn't to live like Caligula is missing the point though they may have an extra chromosome. Diddy got careless but keeping it real no one other than hose amateur or professional would get near that world.

Man buys home in highly restricted community BECAUSE it's highly restricted, then fails to read the contract he AGREED TO. Many people are good at making money but lost beyond that. For that kind of money such a tiny home with no room for a detached garage on the lot is pathetic but the business model of paying too much for too little makes developers buckets of money.

For what benefit to AMERICANS should we import useless eaters who are literally uneducated savages in the original meaning (which is not an insult but is an observation) of the word? If you're mindless enough to buy a home with an HOA in the first place you chose your fate. If you already made the mistake try to get elected TO the HOA which my bro did. HOA go with another common mistake, buying a condo instead of renting an apartment. If you do not OWN the property on which your home sits AND own the entire structure you're completely vulnerable to those who own the property etc. Many naive, simple, ignorant but otherwise decent people get ripped off for failing to understand the world is a very bad place.
