  1. I don't work retail because most of the public are morons and more than a few are entitled morons. The average IQ is roughly 100 and the average US reading level roughly 8th grade. I made sure to have a technical careers away from retail because technology is an idiot filter. I take care to be a good customer. I'm flawlessly polite when dealing with anyone providing a service and I get consistently good service in return. It's not hard to be courteous and doesn't cost a dime.
