  2. Man buys home in highly restricted community BECAUSE it's highly restricted, then fails to read the contract he AGREED TO. Many people are good at making money but lost beyond that. For that kind of money such a tiny home with no room for a detached garage on the lot is pathetic but the business model of paying too much for too little makes developers buckets of money.
