This video doesn't mean anything until actual batteries exist with an NSN one can order from Supply. All these battery stories are really clickbait because NONE of the info in them is useful.

A battery, even with low energy density, that isn't the absurd fire hazard of lithium designs has potential to replace those fire hazards.

I cut down every tree on my property in falling range of my roof. It's a very common old person mistake (often beginning when we were much younger!) to ignore trees until they require many thousands of dollars in arborist fees to remove, or yeet themselves through solar panels/roof/car/boat/pets/family members under high winds. Trees are pretty but best kept at a distance, likewise shrubbery which can burn. Attractive landscaping remains practical but if you value your home and income the wise move is plan well in advance. If in doubt a bit of trig (see videos!) can determine tree height thus falling range.
