  2.  @abdulajid92  Cults of personality are de-facto religions with dictator taking the place of deity, North Korea being a typical example. The masses are of low intelligence and high ignorance everywhere (intelligence is not a choice but a matter of luck) so they demand to be affirmed and MUST be ruled by either religionists or secular ideologies sufficiently similar. That cannot change because modern society ended evolutionary pressures. This guarantees perpetual idiocracy.
