  2. It would make more sense to escape Jersey as I did long ago. Housing prices have generally risen but that in no way means every house or lot everywhere. People get frustrated but methodical hunting (and DIY skills or willingness to have fun learning them) pay off. Living in your car is for the young and those working on the road because it doesn't end well as soon as age and infirmity take hold. I never make financial decisions out of passion. The whole point for many like my parents was to live in Jersey then cash out and escape in retirement so they did, but they avoided following the herd (because most humans aren't very bright) and retired in affordable rural areas. There are plenty of those remaining but most people unwisely want to live where everyone else does. I chose otherwise.

  3. The unfortunate truth is most people are stupid and that does not improve with time, they just become differently stupid. No one can choose to be intelligent which is a matter of luck. Evolution rewarded what humanity is, and species do not evolve for the good of the individual.

  5. 4chan is mostly good for getting normies to froth and getting views for them when they do, like the 100K plus views for this video. Free speech has (trivial in comparison to the benefits) some cost. Moon is benefiting from 4chan and knew it when posting this video! That' hypocrisy.

  6. Under CCP rule life was always cheap. They do not protect the people unless something extreme by local standards (like melamine in baby formula) happens. Western trade pays for it all, with the US trade deficit alone paying for the entire Chinese armed forces.
