  3. There is no hope of peaceful change which is why it does not happen. Insurance is bigger money than drug cartels and business owns most of the politicians so don't expect change to come easy or peacefully. I personally would never indulge, but with millions of old ill destitute bankrupt people with nothing to lose some might go out with a bang.
