  1. Buying any new vehicle is almost always foolish unless your home and land are paid off, your retirement savings are already enough to retire on TODAY, and you otherwise have money to burn. I am NEVER upside down on a vehicle because I pay cash then drive mine for decades. That helped me retire in my forties though I have never been rich.
