  1. Regulate rail. Regulate aviation. Regulate interstate trucking (no wonder drivers abandoned that industry or that new drivers don't stay long). The race to the bottom is not helping our nation, just the rich parasites. As for train length, mandate shorter trains. Business owners don't have to like it. FUCK 'EM. If they had ethics this shit wouldn't happen. However rail will never be nationalized because the public are morons and the industry can afford to buy legislators.
