  3. Legal immigrants should warn their inboun successors who want to open a business to avoid clustering in NYC. The US is huge with many eager customers for good food. Store owners are regarded as parasites by the NY public (criminals are a large part of that urban public) but there are many much more affordable locations in friendly communities.
