  1. RUSSIA IS NOT THE MOTHER STATE OF ITS CONQUESTS. That merited capital letters because far too many people who should know better do not. It's not about the economy though that matters. It's about Russian culture and how that drives Russians to exploit, imprison and murder their neighbors.
