  2. It is absurd to expect Libya's neighbors not to intervene to protect their national interests. Military personnel are lawful targets armed or unarmed. Their youth is irrelevant under law. Of course modern media don't get this and crave clickbait. Cadets are CHILD SOLDIERS in training and part of a "declared hostile force" wearing distinctive uniform. Where is the outrage about that? The embargo is of course another issue but war is more important than nonsense like the United Nations. BTW the mobile "buildings" are actually containerized command modules built in shipping container format for convenient sea, air and land transport China is paying attention to detail.
