  1. Nothing shows on Waze either, and users can post warnings there (I don't use Google Maps, Waze is owned by Google but is far better). The original developers company dissolved so the current private OWNERS should be sued. No one claims internet maps are suitable for driving without looking ahead so it will be a tough court battle likely ending in a settlement to end the publicity. The property owners could have put a berm, a couple of posts with some Armco cut from the wreckage, a pile of rubble etc and blocked the road in an afternoon for a thousand dollars or less. The locals know to look where they're going and would swiftly know the bridge is out that being a low-speed road, but most people don't really look where they're driving.
