  1. Sex was an evolutionary necessity because evolution could not function otherwise. However lust is a burden and most humans are better off without relationships since even the best ones end in divorce or death. Life simply IS and most of it is so unpleasant humans had to invent religions to cope with fear of death. The Buddhists are right, all desire is a burden. WHY should anyone "fear" extinction when all life dies anyway? Dying without replacement merely ends what otherwise is an eternity of suffering. If humans can replace ourselves with a new, better race what is there to be scared of? Undifferentiated fear is childish because there is NOTHING TO BE LOST WHEN THERE IS NO ONE TO LOSE IT. Remove the desire to copulate with other humans and you solve more problems than you create. Need drives suffering. End the need.
