  2. WHERE can he not afford a house?? I'm a USAF retiree and took great care not to live in a growing area because growth only benefits rich developers. The smart play (I did this twice and still own both properties free and clear) is buy over five acres in rural land zoned agricultural which gives me maxiumum freedom. Next smart play is buy much less house (not land, more land is good) than you can techncially afford so BAH etc pay a useful chunk of your mortgage. Cities are bad. I escaped on by joining the Air Force and was proven wise by the cost of living in north Jersey which skyrocketed after I left. Rural life is good and the fewer neighbors the better. Air Force retirement covers all my overhead with plenty left over.

  3. This problem is purely a DEMOCRAT policy problem so why aren't you hammering that fundamental truth? Democrats are actively destroying America. The GOP aren't inviting vermin to flood our country. Put names to the blame and hammer that truth.
