  1. BTW there is NO law preventing publication of public acts very much INCLUDING IDENTITY OF ARRESTED MINORS so if you want to deter their exploitation by adults I suggest publicity of that fact. Public agencies like cops have zero legal grounds to hide identity of arrested humans.
