  1. Freedom of association is a right. Baton Rouge does not have to serve the new city and has no more business complaining about what someone else does with their money. People should be able to CHOOSE their government, and St. George simply wants to do so. Liking them or not is irrelevant, there being nothing in the Bill of Rights about butthurt compensation.
