  2. Remember: The National Guard informed local police about this guy and told them he was going to "snap" and commit a mass shooting. In those exact words. They did absolutely nothing despite having a law in the books that would allow them to take action. Government are a joke, cops are a joke. Rely only on yourself and your family.
