@mandosaiyan In a manner of speaking, sure. When you take a step back and stop looking at just your own life, things really aren't that different. The richest people still run the show, and just as technology has improved our lives, it has improved their reach. It's a social arms race in other words. If you don't think so, well, I'd suggest you get into the topic of history. International conspiracies existed all the way back to the feudal period and further. A good starting point is that almost all of the powerful kings of that era belonged to the same order of knights despite their nationalities. Not to mention the family ties of course. The only real difference is that international control isn't so closely tied to family any more. You might also want to read some Nietzsche and consider whether slavery is morally permissible if the slaves are treated well. He advocated for it; it's an interesting thought experiment if nothing else.

@mandosaiyan It is simple in a way, but also complicated. Carlin put it best; you don't need a formal conspiracy when interests are already in alignment. This is how conspirators enact social change without letting everyone in on the conspiracy directly. However, the real issue is that true power is actually concentrated in a pretty small number of people. When there's a small number of people, it's pretty easy to put together a conspiracy. When you donate enough money to a politician or a political cause, you effectively control them. They plan their careers and lives around that money, and if you were to take it away, they would suffer for it. There is no need to conspire directly with politicians in almost all cases. All you need to do is be rich enough to donate huge sums of money to them and then use it as leverage.

Not sure if you understand this, but there is in fact limited time in the day. Screaming "DO YOUR JOB" at someone who already has a packed schedule doesn't make them get to your order faster.
