@Marc_Remillard The answer is funding mental health care but nobody wants to do that. The conservatives don't because they seem to naively believe that mental illness will go away if you just ignore it. The liberals don't because their top politicians don't want to step on the toes of their friends in big pharma, who milk money out of a patient with chronic illness for life, as long as they are not effectively treated through cognitive techniques.
