 @matthewishunting Not only that, the woman fell over as a result of him grabbing her skirt and turning her around. He should be at minimum charged with normal battery as well.

No the stupid part about this is that battery is legally defined as making contact with someone, and assault is defined as putting someone in danger of violence. They go hand in hand in cases where violence was inflicted intentionally. You would have to be a political stooge to leave out the assault charge. He took his member out and creeped on this woman, no question he was menacing her. A battery charge without assault would be one where someone lashed out in a fit of anger during an argument, meaning the other person had no reason to believe they were about to be struck.

@Gakojin How is this not a political issue? The man in the video wasn't charged with all of the offenses he committed.
