@gingergrantnews It is the owners, but at the same time, it is too late for the dogs to change. You're the type that will let career criminals out of jail over and over again.

I was bit in the face as a small child by the family dog so badly that it left permanent scars, and I love dogs. My parents sent it to the pound right then and there and it was likely euthanized. But then again my family always had dogs even after that, every other dog we had was friendly to me.
