@Uzair823 What? They were both arrested at gunpoint. They just couldn't get the dash/badge cam footage for the white guy. EDIT: Nevermind, I realized that they confirmed with the rental company first before sending him to jail. That is quite despicable that they didn't do that.

@iiSimplyDriftin They're referring to the fact that the cops thought to call in Hertz and confirm that the car was stolen for the white guy but not the black lady. It wasn't clear whether the black lady had the papers in her car but I see no reason why she would not have them. Another thing to consider is that the guy was arrested literally an hour after renting the car.
