And go insane from idleness? I know this is a foreign concept to people who would rather binge watch bad Netflix shows 24/7, but some people need to work for the sake of their mental health.

He may have been working simply because he wanted to. Don't assume he was a victim. He clearly had a family that loved him, I'm sure he could have retired sooner if he wanted.

@jamesJohnson-qe4gw You can travel a long ways by car fairly cheaply in the US, but to say "he could have been traveling" at 82 is a bit suspect.

@Jiggly Jack The serial killer with the highest body count was actually a British doctor who prescribed lethal amounts of drugs to senior citizens intentionally so they would pass away. His body count was over 200. Real serial killer or "just helping them along?" A child could, by happenstance, be run over tomorrow. But if you shot that child today you'd still be a child murderer.
