  1.  @jaywan5553  This type of behavior isn't exclusive to America nor is it exclusive to gun-owning people. I've seen bicyclists run down in Australia when they did nothing wrong and obeyed all traffic laws. In Russia it's standard practice to have a dash cam due to liability and you'll see plenty of people intentionally ramming each other with vehicles. It's just as lethal but you're simply biased because they're guns.
