@punkw7852 You do realize that fire departments solve issues like this on a regular basis with a ladder and a blunt instrument right? The guy almost fell and injured himself trying to get to his balcony.

@punkw7852 They live in an apartment bro, did you even watch the video? No they didn't have the ability to break into their downstairs neighbor's apartment. This 911 call is more reasonable than many. They likely didn't expect the police to show up. It's up to the dispatcher to decide who to send to the residence. They could just as easily sent the fire department but didn't.

@punkw7852 I'm not sure how you can say their child locked in a home by himself is a "non-problem," even if they were the ones who caused it. Just because the 911 caller is responsible for getting themselves in a predicament doesn't mean that emergency services deny them help.
