@user2j3ycg4df Sadly most people have an extreme inability to deal with being wrong. If a person would have known that the customer was deaf beforehand, they might not have said anything, but since they complained not knowing that the customer was deaf, and therefore embarrassed themselves, most people will double down and make a scene because they don't know how to fail gracefully. It's a lost art.
