  1.  @Scythra  Not every cop needs to be a guy that can chase down an 18 year old gangster in his prime, every cop always calls back up in that type of situation even the most capable. A cop who can resolve conflict without needing to call any backup at all is even more valuable, that means knowing everyone in the community you patrol.
