I'm not going to say this is definitive proof, but the father really didn't seem like he was escalating or preparing to yell off-camera... My father gets angrier at less and he's never been kicked off a flight. It's funny, the behavior of airline crews reminds me a lot of corrupt cops in clips like these. Their ego gets bruised by a comment from the passenger being rightfully annoyed at their behavior, and they use this as an excuse to punish them to the fullest extent of their power. It's like customer service if we lived in bizarro world.
