It is absolutely insane, there is no way you can make it look reasonable. Even if your views are extremist, it shows profound ignorance of the election process and idealism to the point of stupidity. This is how people who have nothing going on in their lives and are too lazy to get a productive hobby prevent themselves from getting bored. I've lost relations with family over much more serious personal matters. This ain't it. On top of all that, you are allowing yourself to become a stooge for a political cause. No matter if that cause is just or not, it isn't worth losing your individuality over.
