@uploadvidz4490 He didn't know he was being pulled over and he was already at the destination. The reason he approached was literally so he could comply and see if he did anything wrong. I understand it is slightly unorthodox but there was no attempt from the cops to behave like a functional human being. They immediately assumed he was going to attack them.
