  3. ​ @davidy.9524 To apply every other country's strategy to the US is absurd. The US is, uniquely, the highest importing nation in the world. We buy everybody's crap. If we levy a tariff, that immediately takes a huge chunk out of any nations trade revenue. This can then be used as a bargaining chip against them.

  5. Combination of actual brainwashing and crushing of the spirit, all intentional. Some will argue there is a genetic element, but there is 150+ years of political brainwashing at play here. From record labels deliberately choosing gangsters to promote, to the ATF turning a blind eye to Chinese companies selling and smuggling in millions of Glock switches. It's their game and we're playing in it
