@OShack-Hennessy You aren't taking the entire context into consideration. He didn't just bring a weapon. He brought a weapon to an event he was not allowed to be at. Then went to a tent he was not allowed to be at, even if he were not suspended and allowed to attend the event in general. It would be like going to the office of a job you were recently fired from, with a gun. What are we supposed to assume, that you have good intentions?

At least with the exhibition match against the kids in 2017, you could make the argument that they played poorly on purpose to give the kids some motivation. This newer match just confirms what we've known since the Battle of the Sexes in the 1970s.

@jayceecee8651 It's a competitive team event. You're basically implying that in an NFL match, an opposing team member should be allowed to walk up to your huddle and say "Hey what's up guys? What's the plan?" SLIGHTLY different circumstances than a press conference. And that's not even bringing up the fact that Anthony was suspended and had no right to be at the event AT ALL. But of course, if you weren't being a disingenuous shit-stirrer, you would understand that and not post. In all honesty, I would say that the Anthony legal team has the "right" to remove Metcalf from the audience. But it is an extremely stupid move and bad PR. Just because you can doesn't mean that you should.

Here's a fun simple analogy for how transitioning (doesn't) affect your body. Imagine you're building two skyscrapers. One of the skyscrapers will be made entirely of steel and concrete. The other was planned to be made of steel and concrete as well, but about 2/3rds of the way up, the construction crew runs out of materials and uses wood instead. Does building the rest of the 2nd skyscraper out of wood magically make the rest of it wood also? No, it's still a building with a steel and concrete foundation. Same for transitioning. Just because you took some hormone pills doesn't magically erase the 18+ years you spent as a man, with full male hormone levels, allowing them to affect your muscle and bone development.

These people are less than 1% of us, claim to represent us while never living anything like us (Trump included -- he also grew up privileged, we're just fortunate that our interests finally seem to align) and you're going to pretend we should have his back? No. They should be under the utmost scrutiny at all times and given little if any leeway. People like Macron actively dismantle the sovereignty of his nation by supporting the EU, which is an extralegal, meta-government.

@spartanx169x Texas has some of the most permissive self-defense laws in the union. It is one of the only states where you have the right to use lethal force over property theft. However, bringing a weapon to a school event is against federal law. States don't even enter in to the equation. Karmelo is a national felon, period.
